Meet some of the faces behind BID! Each member plays an important role in delivering on the business plan.

    BID MANAGER

    Nicola joined Hemel Hempstead BID July 2022, taking over operational responsibility for running the BID. Nicola is working closely with Dacorum Borough Council, Hertfordshire Police and other partners to make Hemel Hempstead town a great place to be.

  • Heather Card-Jones

    OPERATIONS SUPPORT

    Heather joined the team in April 2021 as a Street Ambassador. Heather. She has since become our BID Operations Support and helps plan and run events as well as helping to steer the BID based on the needs of the businesses.
